SHIPPING

Please allow 3-4 business days of processing time before items ship. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and liable once the product has been dispatched by our studio. All customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is a safe, secure address

RETURNS

Items are available for exchange only for store credit. No refunds are permitted. 

Items must be returned in original conditions, in dust bags, neatly packed and with all tags still attached. The returned items must be sent back with a copy of the packing list inside. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. Off The Grid accepts exchanges or store credit within 10 days from the receipt of the merchandise.
